Ghosts, Goblins and Marshmallows at the Longview Recreation Center

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce a special “ghosts, goblins and marshmallows” event on Thursday, October 9th, from 4:30pm-5:30pm as part of the Therapeutic Recreation program at the Longview Recreation Center, 2909 Commonwealth Drive in Spring Hill.  Children ages 4 to 7 are invited to bring their parents along for this one-hour event. Kids will create a delicious ghost out of marshmallows, chocolate, caramel and other yummy candies.   Siblings of the same age group are also welcome. The cost is $2 per child.
 
Therapeutic programs are led by Therapeutic Recreation Specialists who assist people with disabilities to develop leisure and social skills for participation in community activities.
