Winter Tennis Contract Lottery

Williamson County Parks and Recreation Athletics Division announces they will begin booking winter indoor tennis contract time on Sat., July 26 at 9 a.m. at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood. Once again, a lottery system will be used to determine the order of selection. Lottery participation will be limited to Williamson County residents only. A valid TN ID will be required. Also, in order to participate in the lottery, you must pre-register during business hours at the Indoor Sports Complex, Mon., July 21 through Fri., July 25. The same person who registers must be present at the respective lottery.
The winter season will run Mon., Oct. 27, 2008 through Sun., Apr. 5, 2009. One time slot (same day each week), utilizing a maximum of one court, may be booked in 1 ½ to 2 hr. increments. Cost is $16 per hour. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required at the time of contact signing, with the remaining balance due by Mon., Oct. 20. On Mon., July 28, the general public will be permitted to fill any remaining open slots on a first come, first served basis.
