Ongoing Fitness Programs at the Longview Recreation Center

Group Fitness programs in aerobics, indoor cycling and aquacize begin Monday, April 14th when the new Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill opens its doors. Utilizing a variety of talented instructors, intensity levels and accommodating time-slots, teens and adults enjoy the benefits of exercising in a group setting! No registration required.
AEROBICS AND INDOOR CYCLING
Walk-in class fees: Aerobics Classes/$6.00 per person, per class
Indoor Cycling/$8.00 per person, per class
Monthly Pass fees: All group fitness/$40.00 per person, per month
Or $70.00 per month for two family members
Yearly Pass fees: $400.00 per person, per year, unlimited classes (good for 1 year from date of purchase). Includes use of the Indoor Facility; excludes use of the outdoor pool.
Note: Monthly group fitness passes are ½ price for the month of April. Passes will be good from April 14th to April 30th. Beginning May 1st , monthly fitness passes are ½ price with purchase of single, senior or family yearly facility passes. Group fitness passes are good for classes at the Longview Recreation Center and the Franklin Recreation Complex.

AQUACIZE
The Aquacize program offers a great aerobic workout in the spacious indoor pool at Longview. Aquacize is easy on the joints and helps tone muscles faster, increases flexibility and improves circulation and cardio fitness.
The high impact class is for individuals who want a more aggressive workout. Low impact classes provide a great workout at a lower intensity. Aquacize is open to adults ages 16+, and no swimming skill is required. Class fees are: Adults, 8 visits for $24.00, walk-ins are $3.00 per person, per class. Senior class fees (55 and older) are 8 visits for $8.00 and walk-ins are $1.00 per senior, per class. No registration required.
