BELL Construction Adds Four New Owners
Nashville/Brentwood, Tenn. — Feb. 2, 2026 — BELL Construction (BELL) today announced that Tyler Baldridge, TJ Cooper, Evan Rankin and Matt Touloeisani have been named additional owners of the company. As they step into expanded leadership responsibilities, they will help guide BELL’s long-term direction and growth while reinforcing the ownership mindset and support network behind project teams across Middle Tennessee.
“BELL Construction has been part of Middle Tennessee for more than 50 years, and we are committed to continuing to invest in this region,” said Eric Pyle, president of BELL Construction. “That investment isn’t just in projects; it’s in people. By elevating proven leaders like Tyler, TJ, Evan and Matt into ownership, we’re strengthening our bench from within and expanding the support behind our teams as this company grows. This continues to ensure decision-making is close to the work and continues delivering for the clients and communities shaping this region.”

Tyler Baldridge
Baldridge is a project executive in BELL’s Building Division and leads the company’s Special Projects group, created to meet ongoing demand for high-touch, fast-moving projects often in the under-$15-million range. Since launching the group, he has scaled the group from a two-person start into a 16-person team – a reflection of both market demand and consistent delivery for clients. Projects include The Goddard School at Nashville Yards, Neuhoff’s Close Company bar, United Rentals Industrial office and Maury County historic renovations.
In 2024, Baldridge earned a Top Construction Professional Under 40 Award from Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental and soil science from The University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in building construction from Auburn University.
