GraceWorks Named Hometown Charity and Beneficiary of Darrell Waltrip Subaru’s Share the Love® Event
FRANKLIN, Tenn. (November 19, 2025) – GraceWorks has been designated as a Hometown Charity and beneficiary of the Darrell Waltrip Subaru Share the Love® event running now through January 2, 2025. Funds raised through this partnership will directly support GraceWorks’ Student Fuel Bags program, which provides weekend meals to local students in need.
For every new Subaru purchased or leased during the Share the Love event, Darrell Waltrip Subaru will donate $250 to the purchaser’s choice of designated charities, including GraceWorks. In addition to the $250 donations for brand-new Subaru purchases and leases, the dealership will also donate a minimum of $50 for each additional sold or leased vehicle. Finally, for every vehicle routine service visit during the Subaru Share the Love event, Darrell Waltrip Subaru will donate $5 to designated Hometown Charities.
The Student Fuel Bags program addresses a critical need in the community. Many low-income students rely on school meal programs as their main source of food during the week, but on weekends they lack access to these essential meals. Fuel Bags fill this gap by providing students with five nutritious meals to take home each weekend. For just $4.80, GraceWorks can provide a Fuel Bag that ensures a child doesn’t go hungry when school is out.
“We are incredibly grateful to Darrell Waltrip Subaru for selecting GraceWorks as a beneficiary of the Share the Love event,” said GraceWorks’ CEO Alicia Bell. “Every dollar raised will go directly toward feeding children in our community who might otherwise face hunger on the weekend.”
“We are proud to support GraceWorks and their Fuel Bags program through our Share the Love event,” said Jimmy Harris, General Manager, Darrell Waltrip Subaru. “No child in our community should go hungry, and we’re honored to help GraceWorks continue this vital work of ensuring students have access to nutritious meals every day of the week.”
