School of Nashville Ballet Opens Registration for 2025-2026 Community Adult Classes

Welcoming All Experience Levels, Ages 18 and Up,
for Movement, Creativity and Fitness
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – August 11, 2025 – School of Nashville Ballet is excited to announce that registration is now open for its 2025-2026 Community Adult Classes offering a variety of dance styles in a welcoming, inclusive environment for adult students, ages 18 and up and experience levels. Classes begin Monday, August 18, 2025 and run through Saturday, May 9, 2026.
Whether you are brand new to dance or returning to the studio after years away, School of Nashville Ballet’s community classes provide the perfect opportunity to explore movement, improve fitness and express creativity. Classes are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year with flexible registration options and packages to fit every schedule.
“Come as you are,” says Jennifer Kulev, Director, School of Nashville Ballet. “Our Community Adult Classes are designed to be approachable, inspiring, and fun — whether you’re taking your very first class or building on years of experience. Dance is for everyone and we’re proud to offer a space where adults can discover or rekindle their love of movement.”
Classes are held at The Martin Center at Nashville Ballet, located at 3630 Redmon Street, Nashville, TN 37209.

CLASSES OFFERED:
- BEGINNER BALLET (Levels 1 & 2) – Learn ballet fundamentals at a comfortable pace or advance your basic skills with more challenging combinations.
- INTERMEDIATE BALLET – Expand on the fundamentals and develop greater technique, musicality and artistry.
- ADVANCED BALLET – Accelerated class for experienced dancers (4–5+ years training) focusing on advanced vocabulary, strength and flexibility.
- POINTE – For advanced-level dancers with previous pointe experience.
- CONTEMPORARY – Explore the fluidity and expressiveness of Contemporary dance at any level.
- JAZZ – Dive into the energetic world of Jazz dance technique and music.
- DANCEFIX – A high-energy dance workout featuring original, diverse choreography for beginning and experienced dancers.
- TAP – Master the art of rhythm, sound and traditional tap techniques.
- MUSICAL THEATRE – Learn choreography and music from popular musicals while building rhythm, theatrical expression and style.
CELEBRATION OF DANCE
All Community Adult Class students are invited to participate in our 2026 end-of-year Celebration of Dance, a joyful showcase that celebrates the progress, artistry and hard work of every student on stage.
