Boyle Investment Co. Expands Nashville Team Amid Steady Middle Tennessee Growth

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (7/14/2025) — Boyle Investment Company (Boyle) continues to build its presence in Middle Tennessee, not only through its developments but also through the expansion of its team. The company’s Nashville office recently welcomed five new team members, a reflection of its ongoing commitment to the region.

The development company welcomes Will Ralph, Ashley Fowler, and Ana Dobretsova as Property Managers; Avery Blair as Marketing Coordinator; and Bradley (Trent) Hopkins as Facilities Manager.

Will Ralph
Will Ralph joins Boyle’s team as a Property Manager of Capitol View. Ralph brings extensive property management and hospitality experience to the team, with a proven track record of overseeing large property portfolios and leading high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as the Founder and Principal Consultant of WR3 Consulting, providing profit-driven strategies for businesses in the hospitality and events sectors. Prior to that, Ralph was a senior leader at Sonder Inc. in Nashville, where he successfully scaled the local portfolio from 7 to 17 properties and managed over 500 units, while also driving significant revenue growth.

Ashley Fowler
Boyle welcomes Ashley Fowler as Property Manager of Meridian Cool Springs. Fowler brings extensive experience in leadership, operations and client relations, most recently serving as a Golf Fundraising Professional at Backswing Golf Events, where she ranked among the top national fundraisers. Prior to that, she led the Queens University of Charlotte golf program through its transition to NCAA Division I, overseeing recruiting, budgeting, operations and team management.

Ana Dobretsova
Ana Dobretsova joins Boyle’s Nashville team as Property Manager of CityPark Brentwood. Dobretsova brings an extensive background in medical, residential and commercial real estate, in addition to her expertise in property management operations and leasing to join Boyle’s team.

Avery Blair
Boyle welcomes Avery Blair as Marketing Coordinator. A recent graduate of Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a concentration in Strategic Communication, she brings valuable experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation. Blair served as Marketing and Social Media Assistant for RENOWNED Event Designs, where she managed content calendars, executed social media strategies and supported rebranding initiatives. In addition, Blair led public relations efforts as Head of Public Relations for The Colonnade Newspaper.
Trent Hopkins joins the team as Boyle’s new Facilities Manager. Hopkins is a skilled controls technician with over 10 years of experience in electrical controls and building automation systems. His previous experience comes from Hoffman Building Technologies where he was the Building Automation Lead Technician.
These new team members join Boyle during a season of steady growth across its Middle Tennessee properties: Capitol View, CityPark Brentwood, Meridian Cool Springs, McEwen Northside and Berry Farms. The company continues to grow these developments, welcoming a variety of businesses and enhancing spaces where people can gather and connect.
