Guests can take part in guided hikes, beekeeping demonstrations, wellness retreats, live music, and curated tastings throughout the year.
This spring, Southall is unveiling a collection of new and returning experiences that bring guests even closer to the flavors and natural beauty of the property. At the center of it all is a new culinary event that blends global inspiration with Southall’s deeply rooted connection to the land.
Introducing Tiffin Dinner at The Jammery – Every Friday and Saturday
Beginning Friday, May 23rd, Tiffin Dinner at the Jammery launches at Southall Farm & Inn as a new way to experience the flavors of the world, through ingredients grown just steps from the kitchen. Held Friday and Saturday evenings, this intimate five-course dinner explores a different culinary region each month, interpreted through the lens of what’s fresh from Southall’s farm.
Each Tiffin Dinner menu is grounded in Southall’s seasonal approach, celebrating what the land naturally yields throughout the year—from early spring greens to high summer tomatoes, autumn root vegetables, and winter herbs. It’s all part of the estate’s philosophy of living in rhythm with nature, where the menu isn’t planned months in advance but instead shaped by the harvest, the weather, and the expertise of Southall’s growers and chefs.
Set in The Jammery, a warm and welcoming space that reflects Southall’s preserving and culinary traditions, Tiffin Dinner isn’t just a meal —it’s a celebration of culture and connection. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
Live Music on the Terrace Returns
As evenings grow longer, Southall’s Live on the Terrace series also makes its return. Starting Friday, May 23rd, the Terrace lawn will once again come alive with the sound of local musicians, handcrafted cocktails, and views that stretch across the rolling landscape.
Each Friday night, guests can gather outdoors to enjoy live music, light bites, and drinks prepared with herbs, fruits, and infusions from the farm. Find a table and settle in as the sun sets behind the hills.
Upcoming Performances Include:
- May 23rd: Blue House Band — This Nashville-based band blends pop, soul, blues, and country classics. Fronted by Kara Frazier and Jack Holliday, they bring energy and familiar favorites that pair perfectly with a relaxed summer night.
- May 30th: The Deltaz — Brothers John and Ted Siegel offer a rootsy, blues-driven performance with vintage rock and classic country vibes. Their dynamic performance promises a night to remember at Southall.

From there, the experience shifts into a curated bourbon tasting, where each honey is expertly paired with a locally sourced spirit to enhance and contrast the flavors. Guests will enjoy light bites prepared by Southall’s culinary team to complement the pairings.
The tasting begins with Stable Reserve Straight Rye paired with freshly extracted Southall honey and crispy chicken skin cracklin’.
