Christy began her career in real estate in 2015. In 2016, she earned the highly coveted Rookie of the Year award for excelling in her field and closing out the most sales among her peers, during the first year in business. Prior to real estate, Christy managed a travel trial team with a complex civil litigation background. Through her role with the civil litigation team, she developed unmatched strategy and negotiation skills. Nurturing, yet fierce when necessary, putting deals together is her strong suit.
After demonstrating refined skills in negotiations and putting deals together, Christy earned the opportunity to represent a developer as the sole agent for a community. She closed out the entire community of over 200 homes with record breaking sales, within a few weeks. That achievement earned her the top recognition for sales with the Home Builder’s Association of Alabama. She enjoys the art of the deal, marketing homes and negotiations.
