The 50th Annual Heritage Ball Presented by RNM Management & Properties Announces Debi Wheeler and Ralene DeBord as Auction Co-Chairs 

Silent Auction Now Open Online and Live Auction to be held at the Patron Party Presented by Medical House Calls at Southall Farm & Inn on September 9th  

Franklin, Tenn.(August 22, 2023) – The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN has announced Debi Wheeler and Ralene DeBord as Auction Co-Chairs of the 50th Annual Heritage Ball presented by RNM Management and Properties.  

Wheeler and DeBord are with Leaving Legacies Foundation which creates legacies that carry on the memory of Harold (Pete) Wheeler IV through impacting the lives of those with emotional injury, community causes, behavioral health battling health crises and related needs. 

In making the announcement, President and CEO of the Heritage Foundation, Bari Beasley said, “We have an energetic and well-connected committee to secure once-in-a-lifetime experiences from a hunting safari in New Zealand, to a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL with Reserve Package, to restocking your bar with Beverages by the Board. Debi and Ralene are leading the auction committee which promises to bring many experiences you can’t normally buy.” 

An online auction includes unique experiences such as a “Catered Leiper’s Fork Barn Dinner Party for 20 people,” “Unique golf experience at Latrobe Country Club + stay in Arnold Palmer’s home,” a “Nashville SC ticket package with jersey,” a “California dream vacation at a private estate for up to 25 guests” and more. There is also a wide variety of services, local art, jewelry, memorabilia, and gift cards to local businesses featured in this year’s auction.  

The live auction includes a “Kentucky Getaway for 25 people + Rare Bourbon Package,” “Kix Brooks and Tom Black Present An Exclusive Wine & Dinner with celebrity chef,” and a “2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL with Reserve Package donated by Reiselman Motor Company.”

The Heritage Ball is Williamson County’s longest-running black tie fundraiser and is co-chaired by Calvin and Marilyn LeHew and Sondra Morris. The ball typically attracts more than 800 guests to support and celebrate the work of the Heritage Foundation while raising funds for future preservation projects. Preservationists Danny and Teresa Anderson and Marty Ligon are honorary co-chairs. 

In addition to a seated dinner, live music and surprise guest entertainment, the ball will feature an online and live auction, pre-ball Patrons Party and a Late Party, along with other fundraising opportunities.
