10th Annual Honor the Fallen 5K to Benefit Memories of Honor

Franklin, TN – March 6, 2025 – Memories of Honor is proud to announce the 10th annual Honor the Fallen 5K, set to take place on Saturday, May 10th at The Grove Club in College Grove, TN. This event is a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. The 5K run/walk will bring together surviving families, veterans, and the community to honor and remember our fallen heroes.

The Honor the Fallen 5K is more than just a race; it is a celebration of the lives and legacies of our military heroes. Participants will have the opportunity to run or walk in memory of a fallen service member, with each bib featuring the name of a hero. The event will also include a moving opening ceremony, live music, and a post-race celebration with food and beverages. “We are honored to be celebrating our 10th birthday and love on these families during Mother’s Day weekend, said Amy Cotta, founder of Memories of Honor and Blue Star Mom of a United States active-duty Marine. “It is a powerful way for our community to come together and pay tribute to those who have given their lives for our freedom. Every step we take is a step in remembrance and gratitude.

All proceeds from the Honor the Fallen 5K will benefit Memories of Honor, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the legacies of fallen service members and supporting their families.

Registration for the Honor the Fallen 5K is now open. Participants can register online at http://honorthefallen5K.com. Early registration is encouraged to ensure a spot and receive a commemorative race t-shirt.
