TEN-HUT! Fitness Bootcamp Arrives in Franklin

Look out fat cells… your lives are threatened! Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s “Fitness Bootcamp” is coming to town beginning Monday, October 8th at the Franklin Recreation Complex. The program, led by certified trainer and Miss 2007 Bikini Universe, Kim Whitaker, is an answered prayer for the eager but fitness-challenged person. Participants can experience a diverse regimen of safe, physical exercise from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 5 weeks. Improved strength and flexibility, cardiovascular health, decreased body fat percentage, weight loss, enhanced self image, improved mental toughness with elevated moods and energy levels are just a few of the benefits for those who dare to take the challenge!
