Fun & encouraging classes for our youngest artists who love to draw and paint!

1 & 1/2 hours.

List of Classes Offered for 2011-2012 school year:

Age Level 1/preschool – Ages 4 & 5

102 ARTPark class, Mondays 1:00-2:20 pm

Age Level 1 – Ages 6 & 7

105 KidsART, Mondays 4:15-5:45 pm

205 KidsART, Tuesdays 4:30-6 pm

305 KidsART, Wednesdays 4:15-5:45 pm

405 KidsART, Thursdays 4:30-6 pm

Overview:

A very fun time using markers, paint, pencils and plenty of creativity. Artistic concepts and techniques are introduced to the children in entertaining ways. Sometimes we incorporate cartooning into the class, and we have group projects and games to break things up. All the tables are kid height, too. The primary element of teaching art to this age is encouragment with simple directions and lots of materials.

Students participate in the Art Show in June.

10-student limit in classroom with professional instructor.  Supplies are included in the tuition fee!
