Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk for Arthritis
Get in the spirit this holiday season at the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis®. Be one of the thousands of runners and walkers who hit the nation’s pavements, pathways and parks this winter to fight arthritis, the nation’s most common cause of disability.
Jingle Bell Run/Walk® is a fun and festive way to kick off your holidays by helping others! Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Run or walk a 5 kilometer route with your team members and celebrate the season by giving.
The Arthritis Foundation, Southeast Region’s Tennessee Area will host the third annual Williamson County Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk for Arthritis presented by Loden Vision on the Historic Square of downtown Franklin, Tennessee on Saturday, December 3rd. Registration begins at 7:45am with the start of the 1-mile fun run/walk at 8:30am and the 5K run/walk at 9:00 a.m. Event to include holiday, a Santa Chase (ages 2-5) and activity area for children, and activities for all ages.
Arthritis is the nation’s leading cause of disability, impacting more than 1.5 million adults and 6,000 children in Tennessee, and approximately 50 million (one in 5) individuals nationwide. The Arthritis Foundation is leading efforts to conquer the unacceptable pain of arthritis, and the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis raises funds to fulfill the organization’s mission.
