Franklin Athletics

The City of Franklin, Tenn has (6) six athletic field and sports areas, that  are located at Jim Warren Park, Liberty Park, and Fieldstone Park. The primary uses of the fields are for youth baseball, youth football, and adult softball for leagues and tournaments. The Parks Athletic Division schedules group use for fields and tennis courts (see below) with priority given to contractual user groups.

Each year over 1,700 children participate in baseball, football, and cheerleading. For more information on youth recreational sports, contact:
  • Franklin Baseball Club at (615) 573-6465
  • Franklin Cowboys Association at (615) 641-6632 (football and cheerleading)
Independent sports leagues are organized and run by local volunteers to provide organized team sports play for local youth. The Parks Department co-sponsors youth sports activities with the leagues by maintaining facilities and supplying lighting but does not maintain equipment or supplies. Each league (not the Parks Department) determines its own rules for registration and play. Please see the rules and regulations page for more information.
