If you have been thinking it is time to take that Self-Defense class, you are right! Grow your self-confidence, Learn important self protection skills, AND Have some fun with us!
Our first Drop-In offering of our Self-Defense and Empowerment Series! Book the date(s) YOU choose. This is a Class-to-Class commitment, with a Free Week of Harvest’s full schedule with every class purchase: Yoga, Martial Arts, Kickboxing+HIIT, Tai Chi, Archery!
Begin a journey to your own Empowerment. Every month we will focus on new skills to grow your knowledge and confidence in defending yourself. The goal of our Self-Defense and Empowerment classes is to bring useful techniques and strategies from martial arts training to everyone, for the use of protection, self-confidence, situational awareness, and creating a strong, focused mindset.
Self-Defense is a valuable skill set for everyone to practice. These sessions are open to everybody, ages 13 and up. Each class will include physical exercises, including strikes, blocks, kicks and more, but all activities may be modified to ensure the safety, comfort-level, and enjoyment for all.
