Williamson County Parks & Recreation – Arts & Crafts for Teens & Adults
In this 3-hour quilling workshop, you will learn several basic paper quilling shapes and combine them to create a beautiful quilled mandala. All materials are provided by the instructor. Cost: $55.00 + $10.00 Supply Fee. The $10.00 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
