Hard Bargain Association, the oldest historic African American community in Franklin, Tennessee, is dedicated to building affordable homes for deserving families in Williamson County, one of the wealthiest counties in the USA. HBA will celebrate our 19th Annual HBA Celebration Dinner on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 6pm – 9pm at the Embassy by Hilton South Cool Springs located on 820 Crescent Centre Dr, Franklin, TN 37067.
