Escape To Italy With Culaccino’s Exclusive Wine Dinner
Join Franklin hotspot Culaccino for an evening of Italian flavors and fine wine pairings with their exclusive monthly wine dinner on Wednesday, February 22nd at 6:30 pm. Highlighting the diverse array of world-class pours from the region of Campagna, the intimate dinner will take guests on a culinary journey featuring five courses of regionally inspired dishes paired with a range of wines.
The menu will include:
Aperitivo
Crostini – n’duja, buratta, white anchovy, red vein sorrel / milk ricotta, prosciutto di parma, apricot mostarda / eggplant caponata, bean crema, local pea tendril
Insalata
Stracciatella – blistered grapes, fennel, frisée, watercress, candied pancetta, basil
Pasta
Lasagne di Carnevale – nonno’s fennel sausage, salumi ragu, ricotta, bufala mozzarella, basil, parmigiano
Secondi
Braised Rabbit Roulade – creamy polenta, cavolo nero, picholine olives, capers, anchovy, tomato, rosemary
Dole
Budino – limoncello, strawberry, almonds, white chocolate zabaglione
