Cooking with Karen- Homemade Pasta & Sauce – Franklin Recreation Center – Williamson County Parks & Recreation
If you are lucky enough to have an Italian grandma you know how wonderful fresh, homemade pasta is. If not, then you need this class. Chef Karen will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch. Then we’ll use pasta machines to cut it into three different kinds of pasta. We’ll make some tasty sauces to complete our meal and end it Italian style – with gelato.
