From Fresh Cheese to Blues
By some estimates, there are over 1,800 types of cheeses in the world. This class will show you everything you need to know to help you get started on your cheese journey or expand your cheese knowledge. The class will give you an introduction as you learn about the different types of cheese, what to pair with it, a bit of cheese history, and tasting notes as you enjoy your five cheese selections. We will start with sampling fresh cheese and end with the bold tastes of blue cheeses.
