ALPACA FARM DAYS

High Meadow Alpacas has been pleased for the past several years to host visitors to their farm in historic Leipers Fork to meet our alpacas during “National Alpaca Farm Days”.
We will be doing that again the first week-end in October, on Saturday Oct. 3rd from 10:00-3:00; and Sunday the 4th from 12:00-4:00. If you have always wanted to see an alpaca up close, or just looking for an excuse to get outside, it is a great reason to stop by. We will have fleece displays, information about these beautiful animal long known as the “The World’s Greatest Livestock Investment”, and plenty of alpaca kisses. Our alpaca store will be open for yarn, rovings, raw fleece, teddy bears, sweaters, scarves, socks, and other alpaca items. There will be demonstrations of weaving, spinning, and felting.
