The Hard Bargain Association is having its 16th Annual Celebration Dinner. Come celebrate with us while enjoying a nightof delicious food, great music, and a little competitive fun via our silent auction. This event exclusively benefits ourcommunity as we work together with the residents of the historic Hard Bargain neighborhood to restore, rebuild, andshape it into their vision for this neighborhood and its future. We’re accomplishing this by having regular communitymeetings, design workshops, and having residents of the neighborhood on our board of directors and advisory board.

Our emphasis is on restoring the current community and not allowing gentrification of this historic neighborhood. HBAnot only repairs existing homes, we also offer quality affordable homes for purchase to people who have not been ableto attain the dream of home ownership. This is all possible with the help of donated services and materials, volunteerlabor, and your financial contributions.
