Call for Artists-Kids Art Festival of Tennessee

Juried Art Exhibit, Hand-Crafted Art Sale, Stage Performances, & Art Stops

Franklin— The seventh annual Kids Art Festival of Tennessee is brought to you by the City of Franklin Parks. The Kids Art Festival of Tennessee is calling all elementary, middle, and high school artists to participate. This free festival is open to the public and will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10 AM –2 PM in Pinkerton Park across the footbridge from Historic Downtown Franklin.  Interested artists can find more information at www.franklintn.gov/kaft.  Applications and artwork must be received by Monday, March 20.  No entry fee required.

The Festival will offer many opportunities for school-aged artists of Franklin, and surrounding communities, including A juried art exhibit, stage performances, art stops to experience and create unique art, and more!  Student art will be displayed throughout the event, judged, and winners presented awards, as well as the opportunity to exhibit in Franklin City Hall throughout the summer months.

Volunteers are also needed for the event!  Please submit a volunteer application.  If you are a minor, please fill out the volunteer application for minors.

The 2023 Festival is sponsored by Big Blue Marble Academy and Donna Brevard Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty and New Hope Academy.  Supporting partners include Dreams Do Come True Princess Parties, Williamson County Cultural Arts Commission, Williamson County Parks and Recreation, Shuff’s Music, Twine Graphics, and the Williamson Herald.
