The Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s Franklin complex welcomes a unique fitness class for moms with babies in tow! Instructor Annie Stokes-Tyshkevych teaches “Boogie Babies” on Wednesdays, February 6th through 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Using a sling or carrier, moms can exercise with simple dance movements set to modern music. Babies of all attention spans and moms of all levels of fitness are welcome! Cost is $40.00 for 4 weeks.
