Williamson County Parks and Recreation presents “Aqua Zumba” classes at the Indoor Sports

Complex, 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood. Get your workout as you shake and shimmy to the

Zumba beat with the added component of water resistance.

Try it free on Tuesday, October 9 or Thursday, October 11 at 8:30 a.m. Regular classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30a.m., starting October 16. The drop-in class is $3 for teens and adults, $2 for seniors 55 and older. For more information, contact the ISC pool manager at (615) 370-3471, ext. 22.
