Choi brings nearly three decades of strategy and operations experience to help clients turn direction into growth
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Great Days Leadership, a Brentwood-based advisory firm specializing in leadership development for businesses and nonprofits, announced today Ben Choi as Executive Vice President and Operating Partner. In the role, Choi works alongside President Dr. Matt Paden to lead the firm’s strategy and operations and expand how Great Days Leadership serves its clients.

Choi brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare strategy and operations. His work has taken him inside some of the largest for-profit and not-for-profit health systems and retailers in the country. A recurring thread across his career is revenue diversification, helping organizations identify new sources of growth, then building the product and service lines to bring them to market. Much of that work has been rooted in management consulting, giving him a strategy-first, revenue-focused lens that lines up closely with Great Days Leadership’s reputation for helping organizations work through change and get aligned.
As Operating Partner, Choi’s focus will be building new revenue lines and developing the tools and methodologies that allow clients to apply expert guidance consistently and at scale. That includes new service offerings the firm is developing to broaden what it can offer clients going forward. He holds a B.A. in psychology from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
“Strategy is the easy part,” Choi said, “Building what makes it real is the hard part, and the part I love. Great Days Leadership is already good at it, and I want more clients to feel that.”
