Leiper’s Fork Distillery To Open Location At Nashville Yards
Leiper’s Fork Distillery is expanding into downtown Nashville with plans for a new, more than 9,000-square-foot location at Nashville Yards.
The new venue is expected to open in mid-2026 and will bring the Williamson County-based distillery’s Tennessee whiskey experience to one of Nashville’s fastest-growing entertainment and hospitality districts.
According to announcements from Nashville Yards and Leiper’s Fork Distillery, the space will include an on-site whiskey production facility, restaurant, retail store, private tasting room, and live music stage. A full-service bar will serve house-made spirits and tasting flights, while a regular artist showcase series will build on the popularity of the distillery’s “Still House Sessions.” Plans for the space also include tours and an outdoor patio overlooking Ascension Saint Thomas Landing.
Production at the Nashville Yards facility is expected to run five days a week, while front-of-house operations, including the restaurant and retail store, will be open six days a week.
The distillery will occupy the ground floor of a new corten steel-clad building near The Pinnacle tower and Nashville’s historic rail lines.
Founded in Williamson County, Leiper’s Fork Distillery is known for its grain-to-glass Tennessee whiskey and bourbon production. The company currently operates its original distillery in Leiper’s Fork as well as House of Spirits on Main Street in downtown Franklin. House of Spirits is currently hosting a month-long guest residency featuring Thom Smyth, general manager of London whiskey bar Milroy’s of Soho. The collaboration includes specialty events, live music, cocktail classes, and whiskey programming throughout May.
With the Nashville Yards expansion, the company will soon operate three physical locations, while its whiskeys continue to expand their reach through distribution in six states and the United Kingdom.
Plans also include relocating the company’s existing 500-gallon still, known as “Ginger,” from Williamson County to Nashville. A new 1,000-gallon still will then be installed at the original distillery location.
Nashville Yards has continued to add restaurants, entertainment venues, offices, residences, and hospitality concepts as the large-scale downtown development grows.
