Celebrate National Water Park Day on July 28th at Nashville Shores

National Waterpark Day is coming up on July 28th, and Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort on Percy Priest Lake is the perfect place to dive into summer fun.

Nashville Shores is one of the largest waterparks in the region, with more than a million gallons of water features across the property. Visitors will find a large wave pool, ten waterslides—including Riptide Racer, a five-story, side-by-side mat-racing slide—and Castaway Creek, a 1,000-foot lazy river with waterfalls and spray features, perfect for those looking to take it easy. For younger guests, there are dedicated areas like Kowabunga Beach, a multi-level water playground, and several splash zones.

The park also includes access to Percy Priest Lake, where the floating Aqua Park offers a network of 40 inflatable elements for climbing, sliding, and jumping. Guests can also unwind on the sandy lakefront beach or rent paddleboards, kayaks, and jet skis for more on-the-water fun.
