Brentwood, Tenn. – June 20, 2025 – As demand for strategic, high-touch communications continues to rise, Pierce Public Relations (Pierce PR), a leading Brentwood-based PR and marketing firm with deep expertise in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) and professional services, has responded by expanding its team. The agency recently welcomed Claire Williamson as senior account manager and Kate Terborg as account coordinator, further strengthening its ability to deliver results-driven strategies and exceptional client service.

As a senior account manager at Pierce Public Relations, Williamson manages client relationships, develops strategic PR initiatives and mentors junior team members. She is known for her creative problem-solving and relationship-building, which drive lasting results for clients and her team. Prior to joining Pierce PR, Williamson served as an account director at Stratacomm. Her background also includes roles at agencies and corporations such as Current Global, GTB for Ford Motor Company, AAA Life Insurance and General Motors.
Kate Terborg
Williamson is deeply committed to her community and serves as a member of the Cheekwood Council of Contemporaries and the Relevé Society for the Nashville Ballet. Since 2018, she has volunteered as a DECA judge, supporting future marketers and communicators. As an AmeriCorps alumna, she spent a summer rebuilding hiking trails in the Midwest. She earned a Master of Arts in strategic communication with a focus on organizational leadership and media analytics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Eastern Michigan University, completed a year early.
In her role as an account coordinator, Terborg manages email marketing, social media, content creation, digital analytics reporting and media research for many of the firm’s clients. Before joining Pierce PR, Terborg gained valuable experience in content creation and community building as a social media marketing intern and manager for a volleyball club in Franklin, Tenn. She also served as a fall and spring intern at Parthenon PR, where she gained experience in media relations, social media design and scheduling, media list curation, industry research and more.
Terborg graduated magna cum laude from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Public Relations. While at Belmont, she served two terms on the executive board of PRSSA, holding the positions of vice president of professional development and vice president of communications.
