Conrad Nashville Unveils New Menu Experience at Blue Aster
Mediterranean flavors with Southern heart shine at the award-winning hotel’s signature restaurant
Nashville, Tenn. (May 14, 2025) – Conrad Nashville, Music City’s foremost luxury hotel experience, today announced a reimagined menu at signature dining destination Blue Aster. Blue Aster is known for seamlessly blending modern technique and flavor with Nashville tradition while showcasing the freshest ingredients from nearby farmers and purveyors. The new menu is inspired by the sun-drenched shores of the Northern Mediterranean, with each dish thoughtfully balancing flavor, texture, aroma and color to play its part in a culinary odyssey driven by passion, inspiration and the highest standard of culinary excellence.

The vision of Conrad Nashville’s Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez, Blue Aster’s new menu is a road map through the Mediterranean coast with notable influences from Spain, Italy, France and Greece. Each dish pairs beautifully with Blue Aster’s robust wine menu or a selection from its expertly curated craft cocktail menu which is steeped in Tennessee’s long-standing passion for excellence in spirits. “The Mediterranean region is rich in culinary heritage and there are very specific flavor profiles found across cuisine in that part of the world that blend seamlessly together,” said Rodriguez. “Our goal was to create an adventurous yet approachable dining experience that took guests on a journey filled with familiar favorites and new dishes that encourage culinary curiosity.”
Blue Aster is open daily with breakfast served Monday through Friday from 7 to 11 a.m. and lunch served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m to 2:30 p.m. Dinner service is available Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10:30 p.m. with brunch available on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Lounge at Blue Aster is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight and on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 1:00 a.m.
