Local Veterinary Team and Pharmacy Prioritizing Personalized Pet Care

FRANKLIN, TENN (May 15, 2025) – Cupola Animal Hospitals is deepening its commitment to personalized pet care through a new partnership with Refill Vet, a locally owned veterinary pharmacy in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. The collaboration ensures Cupola clients now have direct access to expert-level pharmacy care — offering customized medications and hands-on service, all under the same umbrella of trusted local ownership.

Both Cupola Animal Hospitals and Refill Vet are part of Vetronomics, a Middle Tennessee-based veterinary group also behind Tennessee Equine Hospital. This shared ownership means Cupola veterinarians can now work more closely than ever with pharmacists to streamline prescriptions, adjust medications for individual pets and ensure top-quality care from start to finish.

“Because Refill Vet is part of the Vetronomics family, we know our patients are cared for by people who value relationships and treat every case with the same attention and compassion we would,” said Dr. Cason McInturff, veterinarian at Cupola Animal Hospital. “They’re not a big-box operation — they’re local, they listen and they care.”

Led by veterinary pharmacist Dr. Sidney Robertson, Refill Vet offers a full range of pharmacy services designed specifically for pets, including non-sterile compounding, adherence monitoring, office stock support and controlled and legend drug dispensing.

Cupola Animal Hospitals serves Middle Tennessee with three locations: Berry Farms Animal Hospital in Franklin, Concord Road Animal Hospital in Brentwood and Cupola Northlake in Hermitage. The new partnership with Refill Vet ensures clients at all locations benefit from more integrated care.
