BBB Hosts Annual Big Blue Bash to Celebrate Ethical Business Leaders and Future Trailblazers
FRANKLIN, TN – Better Business Bureau serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky is proud to announce its annual Big Blue Bash, set to take place on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at the Hutton Hotel Nashville (1808 West End Avenue). This premier evening event honors excellence in business ethics and celebrates the spirit of integrity across the region.
This year’s Big Blue Bash will begin with a cocktail reception and networking at 5:00 PM, followed by the formal program at 6:00 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with community and business leaders and help celebrate the 2025 honorees, including:
- Torch Award for Ethics recipients – businesses that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to ethics and trust in the marketplace
- Spark Award winners – emerging young companies driven by purpose, passion, and integrity

The event will also feature a powerful keynote by Kris Kelso, executive coach, entrepreneur, and author of Overcoming The Impostor: Silence Your Inner Critic and Lead with Confidence. Kelso’s insight on leadership and personal growth has resonated with audiences across the country and earned praise in major outlets like Fast Company and Yahoo Finance.
