Better Business Bureau Announces New Board Members, Officers, and Board Chair
Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members, a new board chair, and new board officers. These leaders will play a key role in advancing BBB’s mission of fostering trust and integrity in the marketplace.
“We’re thrilled to welcome these exceptional professionals to our board,” said Robyn Householder, President & CEO of BBB serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. “Each of them brings a wealth of experience, industry insight, and a deep commitment to ethical business practices. Their leadership will help us continue building trust in the communities we serve.”
Mitchel Bone, co-owner and general manager of Wilson County Motors, has been named board chair. His family has operated Wilson County Motors since 1927, maintaining a strong legacy of business leadership in the region.
“I’m honored to step into this role and work alongside such a talented and dedicated group of professionals,” said Bone. “Together, we will continue strengthening BBB’s impact and supporting businesses across the 45 counties we serve.”
New Board Members:
The newly appointed board members, who began their three-year terms on March 25, 2025, include:
- Bob Belvin, Development Officer, Legends Bank
- Cris McCall, Partner, DT McCall & Sons
- Paul Sachtleben, President & COO, Frost-Arnett
Additionally, BBB has appointed new board officers to serve a two-year term:
- Board Chair-Elect: Robert Carpenter, Market President, First Vision Bank
- Board Treasurer: Perry Keenan, Owner, MSI Properties LLC
- Board Secretary: Andrew Scoggins, Owner & CEO, Storm Guard Roofing & Construction of Nashville
