Treat your special someone to a 4-course prix fixe dinner this Valentine’s Day at the newest location of etch inside The Factory at Franklin. The culinary team has curated a special menu to commemorate the occasion, complete with optional wine pairings foreach course. This menu will be offered in lieu of the regular dinner menu; the full drink menu will also be available. Reservations require a credit card to hold, and a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be applied in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation. The dinner is $125++ per person with optional wine pairings for an additional $55++ per person.
