Whether planning a birthday party or a celebration for youth sports leagues, classrooms or children-centric groups, the Nashville Zoo offers packages to suit a flock, gaggle or herd of animal enthusiasts.
PARTY OPTIONS:
Rhino Outdoor Adventure Party
$499 MEMBERS | $549 NON-MEMBERS
- 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays only
- 50 guests maximum
- Outdoors
- Includes: 1 hour at Botswana (private rhino exhibit viewing area); two dozen assorted donuts; fresh brewed coffee and ice water; 20 non- member admission tickets; souvenir gift for the birthday child; and event host to assist.
Critter Safari Party
$425 MEMBERS | $475 NON-MEMBERS
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays only
- 20 guests maximum
- Indoors and Outdoors
- Includes: 1 hour in indoor party room; 15-minute walk to Critter Encounters (goat brushes included); two cheese pizzas; lemonade and ice water; 10 non-member admission tickets; souvenir gift for the birthday child; event host to assist.
Star of the Show Party

- 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays only

Zzzoofari Slumber, Sept. 4
Join a unique camping experience and sleeping under the stars just a short distance away from snoozing zoo animals. Zzzoofari Slumber is an overnight camp session for families and escorted children, and is recommended for youths ages 4-12 years old. Enjoy a variety of activities during the evening and a full breakfast the next morning.
Sunset Safari, Sept. 11
Eats, drinks and animals galore await at Nashville Zoo’s premier annual fundraising event from 7-10 p.m.
Say “I Do” at the Zoo!
With scenic views around every corner, Nashville Zoo is the perfect backdrop for all wedding-related events, including wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners. Note that large weddings and receptions can only take place after the Zoo closes to the public.
Zoo venues/Wedding and Reception locations that can be tailored to various visions:
- BOTSWANA OVERLOOK: With a gorgeous view of the white rhinoceros habitat, this spot is great for small ceremonies, dinners and parties. It seats up to 60 guests.
- GRASSMERE HISTORIC HOME: Built in 1810, the Grassmere Historic Home’s lawn is a picturesque backdrop for a romantic wedding ceremony with up to 250 guests.
- JUNGLE TERRRACE PAVILION: Nestled among lush landscaping, this spacious covered tent is the perfect location for an evening outdoor wedding reception! Seats up to 250 people.
- WILD ANIMAL CAROUSEL: Guests take a spin on our whimsical carousel during a unique cocktail hour receptions with up to 100 guests.
