SENIOR ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS OFFERED AT LOCAL RECREATION FACILITIES

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (WCPR) hosts a variety of programs at recreation centers across Williamson County for seniors of all ages and activity levels including art, fitness, nature and sport programs.

In May, even more senior programs return including additional fitness and wellness programs and sport leagues. A new session of Senior Boot Camp, Stretch and Tone Eccentrics; plus a new program called Strong Bones, Balanced Bodies, Clear Minds will begin at the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Avenue, the week of May 17. Additional new programs also include a Bocce Ball League and a Fall Prevention class; as well as, expanding senior programs at recreation centers in Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin, Nolensville and Spring Hill.

Advanced registration is required for all activities, and program sizes and participation are limited to meet social distancing and safety requirements.
