President Nelson Andrews leads his team to success during COVID-19 pandemic
Nashville, TN – In previous years, the Nashville Business Journal has recognized Andrews Transportation Group as one of the largest, fastest-growing and philanthropic businesses in Nashville. Most recently they have named Nelson Andrews, President of Andrews Transportation Group, one of Nashville’s most admired CEOs.

Andrews Transportation Group has seen great success recently, especially considering the unprecedented circumstances set by the COVID-19 pandemic. This summer resulted in the most successful months in the history of the company. Along with the growth in sales, Andrews Transportation Group has also begun a multi-million-dollar expansion of their Jaguar Land Rover service and parts departments. The expansion will match the dealership’s 200 percent unit sales increase, accommodating 16 new service bays and a state-of- the-art car wash in the additional 8,362 square feet added to the building. The group is also building a parking deck along Old Hickory Blvd. to supply approximately 100 additional parking spaces for the inventory of vehicles for sale.
Andrews explained, “While COVID-19 was unexpected, Andrews Transportation Group did not let it diminish our commitment to our team or customers. We continued to improve our processes and uphold our reputation. Our corporate culture inspires competition, but also collaboration. During this time, we focused on supporting one another and working closely as a team. We set our eyes on how we could learn and grow from the challenges of 2020 and decided that rather than try to ‘get back,’ we would move forward safely and effectively.”
