The Williamson County Fair brings nine days of rides, games, food, entertainment, competitions, and agricultural traditions to Franklin each summer. Families can spend time on the midway, explore exhibits, watch livestock shows, enjoy live performances, and take part in activities that celebrate the people, communities, and farming heritage of Williamson County.
Inside the Agricultural EXPO Park, visitors will find creative arts displays featuring entries in baking, canning, gardening, photography, sewing, crafts, and other categories. Livestock competitions, 4-H and FFA programs, pageants, demonstrations, and hands-on agricultural activities give fairgoers opportunities to learn more about farming while seeing the work of local students, families, and exhibitors.
The midway adds carnival rides and games for children, teens, and adults, while food vendors serve classic fair favorites and regional specialties. Daily entertainment may include live music, contests, roaming performers, specialty shows, interactive attractions, and programs designed for younger visitors.
First held in its current form in 2005, the fair is supported by volunteers, community organizations, businesses, sponsors, and competitors from across the county. Its mix of entertainment, agriculture, and friendly competition has made it a major summer gathering for local families and visitors.
