Waddell & Associates names Teresa J.W. Bailey as president of Nashville office
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 22, 2023)—Waddell & Associates (W&A)—an SEC-registered investment advisory firm with offices in Nashville and Memphis, Tenn., and Aspen, Colo.—promoted Teresa J.W. Bailey to president of the firm’s Nashville office. In this role, Bailey continues to serve her clients as a senior wealth strategist.
She joined the W&A team in 2017, bringing with her a decade of experience in advising small business owners and high net worth individuals. Alongside her wealth management experience, Bailey has built a professional services business from the ground up, affording her invaluable firsthand knowledge of the entrepreneurial world her clients live in.
Bailey is known for enriching her clients’ financial worlds and building the W&A name by leading brand development, developing educational content and driving the overall growth strategy for W&A.

Bailey has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and is an alumnus of the University of Memphis, where she studied business administration with an emphasis in corporate finance.
