The Education Equal Opportunity Group & JAZZY 88 WFSK Host Inaugural Jazz Event for WFSK 45th Anniversary

The Education Equal Opportunity Group (EEOG) and JAZZY 88 WFSK are hosting their inaugural “A Toast to Education with a Touch of Jazz” wine tasting event, featuring live jazz music from The Greg Bryant Expansion. The event is business attire and hors D’oeuvres compatible with each type of wine will be served.

“In celebrating our 45th year of service as Nashville’s jazz radio station, we’re completely aware of how vital it is for organizations to support or partner with one another to work toward a common goal,” explains Sharon Kay, General Manager of JAZZY 88 WFSK. “Small non-profits know that all too well, the struggle for funding is real.  As a listener-supported media outlet our fund drives and events are the life’s blood of the station, without them we would not be able to partner with other organizations.”

“This evening promises to be a festive night of great Jazz music, fabulous wine and sumptuous food. We are hoping for a large gathering for our inaugural celebration,” states George Thomas, President and Founder of the EEOG. “We are thrilled that this event will benefit both the EEOG and JAZZY 88 and are excited to be partnering with JAZZY 88 for the 2018 season.”
