Five Tennessee Titans players spent Monday, August 24th, giving back to the Nashville community through two local organizations.

A Visit to Abe’s Community Garden

Titans guard Fernando Carmona Jr., safety Erick Hallett II, center Austin Schlottmann, and offensive tackle Aamil Wagner visited Abe’s Community Garden. The senior living community specializes in memory care for residents living with dementia.

During their visit, the players spent time connecting with residents and their families. They enjoyed tea, participated in activities, and took photos with those they met. The visit gave residents an opportunity to spend time with the Titans players in a relaxed and personal setting.

A Visit to PENCIL

Offensive tackle JC Latham also spent Monday giving back to a Nashville nonprofit. Latham visited PENCIL, an organization that builds partnerships between the community and Metro Nashville Public Schools.

During his visit, Latham donated supplies to help support local educators and students. He also stayed to help PENCIL staff prepare for the upcoming school year. Latham stocked shelves and organized supplies, helping make resources more accessible for teachers.

PENCIL works to connect community partners with Metro Nashville Public Schools. Its programs provide support and resources that help educators meet the needs of their students.

Latham’s visit offered hands-on support ahead of the new school year. His efforts also highlighted the Titans’ continued involvement with organizations serving the Nashville community.
