Acclaimed fast-casual brand to open restaurants in Murfreesboro and Franklin

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Taziki’s Mediterranean Café is sharing more of its beloved fresh, modern Mediterranean food in Central Tennessee with the opening of locations in Murfreesboro and Franklin.

The Murfreesboro location is slated to open first in The Oaks Shopping Mall at 1855 Medical Center Parkway, Suite H, on Friday, Sept. 22. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 10:30 a.m. with Taziki’s executives, the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and the location’s charity partner — Stepping Stone Safe Haven. The Oaks location marks Taziki's first in Murfreesboro.

The Franklin location, situated at 3100 Village Plains Blvd., Suite 100, plans to open its doors in October. Located within the new Berry Farms Town Center, Taziki’s will host a ribbon-cutting soon after the opening with Taziki’s executives, the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and its charity partner, Bridges of Williamson County.

“My family and I have been honored to be part of the Taziki’s Nashville community for years,” said Armando Perez, Murfreesboro resident and local owner of both new Taziki’s locations. “We’re thrilled to open two beautiful stores in communities that have embraced us wholeheartedly and cannot wait to serve our delicious, fresh modern Mediterranean fare to everyone.”

The new restaurants will feature quick and easy take-out towers, curbside pickup, large spacious outdoor patios, and fresh food that is made to order and bursting with bright Mediterranean flavors.

The Oaks and Berry Farms will be home to the 21st and 22nd Taziki’s restaurants in Tennessee, adding to the brand's growing presence. As part of its opening celebrations, both Taziki’s locations will host private Friends and Family Events. The Oaks event will benefit Stepping Stone Safe Haven, while the Berry Farms event will support Bridges of Williamson County.
