Taste of Williamson County

Taste of Williamson County

The 11th annual event received rave reviews from ticket-holders and restaurants alike. At the event, the room was abuzz with talk about favorite new flavors or restaurants not previously visited. Restaurants commented on post-event surveys that Taste of Williamson provided a great opportunity for their businesses, offering access to new potential customers and feedback on their menu items.

Guests enjoyed everything from appetizers and entrees to unique cocktails and delicious desserts from returning restaurants and several new ones. Congratulations to G Catering & Events for winning both the “Best Presentation” award and the “People’s Choice” award.  The winner of the “People’s Choice” award, was selected by attendees who voted on which restaurant had it all — great food, great service and a great time. Live music provided by talented artists Ron Shuff, Celica Westbrook, and Chris Carpenter sweetened the deal.

The Taste of Williamson 2013, presented by Vanderbilt University Medical Center, raised a total of $28,000 for United Way of Williamson County partner agencies’ programs and the Williamson County Chamber’s education programs.
