RUBY SUNSHINE TO OPEN DOORS IN DOWNTOWN FRANKLIN ON MARCH 18
Location Marks the First of More to Come Across the Region
The wait is over—New Orleans-based restaurant Ruby Sunshine will begin serving all-day brunch on March 18 in the heart of Downtown Franklin, TN. The latest concept from Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, the collective behind the acclaimed New Orleans-based eatery Ruby Slipper Café, Ruby Sunshine will offer Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes, and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails. The restaurant is now hiring for front-of-house and back-of-house positions as they prepare for the March debut. Owned and operated by the Ruby Slipper Café founders, Ruby Sunshine in Franklin will mark the first of more locations to come across the Southeast, including Knoxville later this spring.
Located on the ground floor of the newly opened 231 Public Square building, the 4,300-square-foot restaurant brings a warm and inviting atmosphere with a mix of bar, booth and table seating, as well as a semi-private event space and outdoor area. To mark the opening with members of the community, Ruby Sunshine will hold a grand opening celebration for the public on Tuesday, April 9th. More details to come soon.
