Red Pony

Red Pony offers a unique dining experience, serving southern favorites with a twist. Their distinct dishes and drinks make for a memorable meal in a cozy and eclectic environment. For groups of 11 or more people, this restaurant in downtown Franklin has options available for private dining experiences. Food and beverage minimums begin at $1400 – complete the inquiry form for more information. 

 

 

Cork & Cow

Cork & Cow is a local steakhouse in downtown Franklin with delicious steak and seafood options made from locally sourced ingredients, as well as an exceptional cocktail program with over 100 bottles of wine and unique craft cocktails. Cork & Cow’s menu changes throughout the year to showcase seasonal dishes, so there will always be something new to try! For groups of 9 or larger, Cork & Cow offers two experiences:

• MEZZANINE DINING: This upstairs area seats up to 12 guests. It is unavailable on Fridays and Saturdays, and Food & Beverage Minimums begin at $1400.

• RESTAURANT BUYOUT: This area includes the dining room, mezzanine, and bar, seating up to 65 guests. Food & Beverage Minimums begin at $8500.

Bourbon Steak

Bourbon Steak offers three private dining room options, each enveloped by stunning skyline views and providing a unique and breathtaking experience flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows on the 34th floor of JW Marriott Nashville. Capacities range from 12 – 24 seats, depending on the room. Groups of 12 or less are permitted to order from the main restaurant menu. Groups of 13 or more are required to pre-select a menu from the Private Dining Menus. There is a food and beverage minimum required to reserve these spaces as exclusively yours, not including service charge and taxes. The food and beverage minimums vary based on season, time and day of week. For the guest benefit, Bourbon Steak does not charge a room rental and also offers complimentary valet parking at JW Marriott for up to 6 hours for Bourbon Steak dinners. Mere Bulles

Mere Bulles in Brentwood features a wide range of private dining options in their beautiful, historic manor. Their Indoor Patio seats up to 62 guests, the Outdoor Patio seats up to 70, the Sunroom seats up to 30, the Living Room with Sunroom seats up to 78, the Magnolia Lounge accommodates a cocktail reception of up to 40 guests, the Family Room seats up to 43, Martha’s Room seats up to 18, and the Balcony seats up to 20 guests. Carne Mare

The open seating plan throughout the restaurant balances warm and rustic design details such as rich walnut millwork, brass accents and leather banquettes. Tucked away is the private dining room, which seats 22 around its large walnut table. 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails

The Harpeth Hotel’s 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails in downtown Franklin partners with local farmers to serve seasonal menus. Their creative offerings include American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers, wine, and more! If you are looking for a more intimate dining experience, 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails invites you to enjoy a delicious meal at one of their spacious curtained private dining booths. 

 

 

Char

From business meetings to cocktail receptions, Char is your home for private dining events in Nashville. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and elegant, providing the perfect landscape to host special events. Char’s private dining room accommodates up to 40 guests for meetings, receptions and seated lunch, dinner, or brunch events. Amerigo Italian Restaurant

Amerigo’s Brentwood and Nashville locations offer a variety of private dining options! Amerigo in Cool Springs hosts three private dining rooms, with two accommodating up to 18 guests and one accommodating up to 26 guests. The Nashville location also has three private dining rooms that are ideal for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and other special events. The Napa Room accommodates up to 20 guests, the Veneto Room accommodates up to 32 guests, and the two rooms undivided, the Tuscany Room, accommodates up to 52 guests. At each location, guests may choose from full menu options, sample prix fixe menus, or customize a menu for an additional fee of $1 per person. Flat screen TVs and wireless internet are available at no additional charge. Food and beverage minimums depend on time, day of the week and selected event space ranging from $400 – $2,800. 

 

 

Deacon’s New South

Located in the historic L&C Tower in downtown Nashville, Deacon’s New South is a modern, Southern steakhouse with a focus on dry-aged steaks, elevated seafood dishes, locally sourced sides and a robust, sommelier-led beverage program. Deacon’s New South offers a full variety of options for entertaining groups of 15 to 200. Sperry’s Restaurant

Sperry’s Restaurant in Cool Springs offers private dining rooms accompanying between 6 and 73 guests or 100 guests reception-style, along with complimentary planning services! With special menu options for private lunches and dinners, their Private Lunch Menu features options of Atlantic Salmon, Tenderloin Tails, N.Y. Rueben, Carrot Cake, and more. Sperry’s Private Dinner Menu includes options of Crab Cake, Grilled Chicken Breast, Filet Mignon, Espresso Brownie, and much more!

 

 

The Dutch

The Dutch’s private room is available for lunch, brunch or dinner for up to 22 guests. The room includes dedicated staff, audio-visual capabilities, and an American menu by Chef Andrew Carmellini. Full buyouts of The Dutch are ideal for birthdays, holiday parties, film shoots or late-night celebrations. There is a $2,000 food and beverage minimum for dinner, $1,250 for lunch/brunch, and $1,000 for breakfast. 130+ guests are required for a full restaurant buyout. Del Frisco’s Grille

Del Frisco’s Grille has locations in Brentwood and Nashville, with a variety of private dining options. Their Brentwood location features a private dining room with a seating capacity of up to 30 guests, standing room for up to 24, a personal event coordinator, customizable menus, wine pairing recommendations, personalized ambiance, and audio-visual elements. Brentwood’s fully covered patio can also be used as a private dining option, with a seating capacity of up to 54 guests, a standing capacity of up to 70, a personal event coordinator, customized menus, and wine pairing recommendations. Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Franklin offers private dining experiences for groups of all sizes, with 6 different rooms to choose from. The Legacy Room seats up to 45 guests, the Prime Room seats up to 35, the Signature Room seats up to 21, the Tower Room seats up to 18, Table 79 seats up to 10, and their Patio seats up to 12 guests. From business meetings to cocktail receptions, etch is a great location for private events. There are two private dining rooms including the Intermezzo Room (12 seated) and the Encore Room (40 seated, 50 standing). Guests dining in the Intermezzo Room have the option to order from the full menu or a customized limited menu. The Encore Room requires guests to order from a prix fixe menu. Ludlow & Prime

Ludlow & Prime offers warm, elegant private dining options in Brentwood. The Ludlow Room accommodates up to 24 seated guests or 30 for a cocktail reception, The Boardroom accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 55 for a cocktail reception, and The Lounge is a semi-private option that accommodates up to 34 seated guests or 60 for a cocktail reception. You are also welcome to select their House Buy-Out option for up to 300 guests!

 

 

The Rutledge

The Lounge is an open area adjacent to the bar ideal for reception-style events and features board games for guests to enjoy. Stoney River Steakhouse and Grille’s locations in Franklin and Nashville have private dining options for groups of 10 – 65+ guests. The Franklin location’s Brentwood room accommodates up to 25 guests, the Franklin accommodates up to 25, the Wine Room accommodates up to 20, and the Brentwood and Franklin rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 60 guests! Stoney River Steakhouse and Grille’s Nashville location’s West End room accommodates up to 35 guests, their Vanderbilt room accommodates up to 40, the Belmont room accommodates up to 25, and the Vanderbilt and West End rooms can be combined to accommodate over 65 guests! One of the newest faces on the block, Joe Muer Seafood offers two private dining rooms that can be reserved to accommodate up to 40 guests per room or a combined 80-100 guests. Joe Muer is known for serving sustainable and exceptionally fresh seafood, as well as a sterling reputation for elite culinary skill and exquisite service. Miel

Miel offers an intimate dining room, charming bar seating and lush patio dining to enjoy on warm nights or sitting by the outside fire on cool nights. For larger parties, Miel offers the Barn, a newly renovated, chic, stand-alone space where you can host private seated dinners for up to 26 guests or cocktail parties for up to 40 guests. The Barn features high ceilings, planked walnut tables, and a full-sized garage door that can make the space open-air—a one-of-a-kind setting for business dinners, receptions, baby showers and more. Miel offers a variety of spaces and a full restaurant buyout (60 guests) for private dining experiences.

• THE BARN: For larger parties, Miel offers the Barn, a newly renovated, chic, stand-alone space adjacent to the restaurant with a private entrance where you can host private seated dinners for up to 26 guests or cocktail parties for up to 40 guests. The Barn features high ceilings, planked walnut tables and a full-sized garage door that can make the space open-air—a one-of-a-kind setting for business dinners, receptions, baby showers and more. The space is fully conditioned and can be partially open air. There is a $300 room fee and $1500 food and beverage minimum.
• THE PATIO: The patio is a garden oasis, perfect for smaller gatherings and cocktail receptions. This semi-private space offers a wind guard for the cooler months, full roof and partially heated overhead fans for warmer days. It comfortably seats 22 and can accommodate up to 40 for a standing reception. There is a $100 room fee and $2,000 food and beverage minimum.
• THE VERANDA: For smaller private events, the veranda provides a cabana-style space adjacent to the garden that seats 12 people at one long table. The space is semi-private with draped curtains, fans and heaters. There is a $100 room fee and $1,000 food and beverage minimum.

Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery

As part of a recently completed full-scale renovation, Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery offers four new private event spaces: Whiskey Garden, Coopers Club, Rickhouse Room and Oak Room. These exclusive spaces, which hold capacities ranging from 30-200 attendees, are available for private bookings and ideas for hosting mixers, seated dinners, corporate events, weddings and more this holiday season.
