The Williamson County Child Advocacy Center (WCCAC) is thrilled to announce the Patron’s Party for patrons of the Legacy Ball 2007.

The Legacy Ball, presented by First Tennessee, is an elegant gala benefiting the WCCAC.  Patrons of the Legacy Ball are invited to an exclusive party on Friday, Feb. 9 at Old Natchez County Club from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Patron levels beginning at $100 include a ticket to the Patron Party. Patron levels beginning at $500 include tickets to the Patron’s Party and the Legacy Ball.  The Patron Party is an excellent way to show your support for the Williamson County Child Advocacy Center.  Below are different patron levels.  Donating anywhere from $50 and up, you can become a Patron for the Williamson County Child Advocacy Center. 

Platinum Patron – $500 – up

Gold Patron – $250 – $499

The Williamson County Child Advocacy Center provides invaluable services for the county.  With their child friendly center, family advocate providing support, information and referrals during the investigation, support groups for the parents whose children have been victims of sexual abuse, counseling services for the victims, adopt-a-bear program, resource library, kids court group, criminal injuries compensation fund and community education programs.

The mission of the Williamson County Child Advocacy Center is: "To combat child abuse by coordinating services to child abuse victims and their families in crisis and providing community education focused on prevention and early intervention."

The two main sources of funding for the WCCAC is a grant from Victims of Crime Act from the Office of Criminal Justice Programs and a grant from the Department of Children’s Services.  The Child Advocacy Center also relies heavily on the generous contributions from individuals, families, local businesses and other forms of community support.
