NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre Opens in Nolensville
New boutique fitness studio offers infrared technology in the historic downtown district.
NOLENSVILLE, TENN. – NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre announced today plans to host its grand opening celebration Saturday, August 13. The celebration will feature free group fitness classes, prizes and giveaways, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring the Town of Nolensville Mayor Derek Adams, Vice Mayor Wendy Cook-Mucci, and members of the Town of Nolensville Board of Commissioners and economic development committee.
“It is such an incredible honor to invite the people of Nolensville to NoloSol,” said Jessica White, owner of NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre and certified yoga and barre instructor. “Since our soft opening Memorial Day weekend, the Nolensville community has welcomed our studio with open arms. We are excited about the future and hope to provide people with a safe space for seeking well-being and healthy lifestyles.”
NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre, located at 2100 Rocky Fork Road, Suite 404 in Nolensville, TN, is the first independently-owned fitness studio to open its doors in Historic Downtown Nolensville. It is also the only fitness studio in the area that offers infrared heat technology for its classes, a technology reported by the American College of Cardiology and the Mayo Clinic that improves the functioning of blood vessels, reduces pain and inflammation, and detoxifies the body.
“It was important for us to incorporate the latest technology for our studio, like infrared heating, during the buildout phase,” says White. “The Nolensville community deserves the latest and safest fitness experience without commuting far distances to get that experience.”
In addition to the infrared technology, NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre offers a variety of classes, including vinyasa yoga, Hot 26 yoga, yin and restorative yoga, yoga sculpt, and barre. Patrons can also enjoy offerings from the studio’s retail space with signature athletic brands like BMat, Onzie, Manduka, and more.
A grand opening celebration for NoloSol Hot Yoga + Barre will take place Saturday, August 13 with a ribbon-cutting celebration, free weekend classes, giveaways, and juice and smoothie samples from Lokales Juice.
