The move puts the business’s headquarters right in the heart of Franklin
Zurich Homes, one of Middle Tennessee’s premier luxury custom home builders, is setting down roots in historic downtown Franklin with the purchase of an office building at 140 4th Avenue South.
“We’re so excited to join the business community in downtown Franklin,” Nikki Zuercher, Vice President of Zurich Homes, said. “As Franklin residents, we love helping people build their dream homes in and around our sweet town. Having an office of our own here feels like the perfect next step.”
The team is working with Studio 36 Design to completely reimagine the interior of the space and is targeting a Sept. 30 move-in date.
Zurich Homes will use the space to welcome in clients and collaborate with their team and vendors. There will also be a limited number of parking spaces for ease and convenience. Drop in hours will be by appointment.
