Ladies Night Out
Graceworks Ministries has moved its annual shopping extravaganza from November to February this year changing the focus from holiday shopping to pampering oneself! Tina Edwards, the Director of Development, is excited about the event’s focus because they are “giving women an opportunity to shop, be pampered and enjoy a night out.” Edwards further explained “many times women are underappreciated and we are giving them a chance to pamper themselves.”
The event takes place Feb. 11, from 6:30p.m.-8:30p.m., at the Stein Mart in Franklin on Highway 96. There will be delicious desserts, lively entertainment, great shopping deals, and endless opportunities to be pampered. There will be three short 15 minute seminars covering the topics: “essential wardrobe pieces everyone needs and how to take an outfit from day to night,” “scarf tying,” and “makeup and beauty tips.” In addition to great sales available in the store, guests will also receive additional discount coupons and can indulge with mini-massages, moisturizing hand treatments, and register to win a free make over. Throughout the evening there will be door prizes and giveaways including spa treatments, flowers, Vera Bradley bags, gift certificates to local restaurants and stores plus everyone will receive a box of Sees Chocolates!
Tickets are only $10 and are available at the Franklin and Brentwood Stein Marts, and the Graceworks office at 104 Southeast Parkway in Franklin. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Graceworks Ministries which provides much needed assistance to Williamson County families. Despite the misconception, there are a lot of Williamson County families with great needs in the area. The majority of Graceworks budget goes toward client services providing food, and help pay for rent, utilities and life sustaining medication.
